Presidential Team

President

Hi, my name is Andrya Younan and I am the 2023 president of the La Trobe University Law Students’ Association.

I am currently in my penultimate year of Law and Psychological Science. Being the president of the La Trobe University Law Students’ Association (‘LSA’) is challenging and rewarding.  A big part of my role is to liaise with La Trobe Law School, including internal and external stakeholders to ensure the committee operates effectively. Ultimately, I am responsible for overseeing the LSA, which involves working with each portfolio and dealing with any issues that may arise. By the end of the day, I ensure that law students are provided with the best resources to be prospective employees.

If you see me around campus, please come and have a chat. I love meeting new people and look forward to seeing some of you around.

Vice President (Secretary)

Hey I'm Eve and as the Vice President (Secretary) for the LSA, my job is to assist the President and other Executive members to make sure that events and initiatives run smoothly. I take care of the administrative tasks (which is more fun than it sounds) . I find it super rewarding to help the team make their dreams come true.

Vice President (Treasurer)

My name is Jordan Amoddio and I am the Vice-President (Treasurer) of the La Trobe University Law Students’ Association (‘LSA’). My role as the Vice-President (Treasurer) entails ensuring the financial viability and prosperity of the LSA for 2023 and beyond while also ensuring that the LSA abides by all its requirements as a charity.

Vice President (Sponsorship)

Hello there! I am Alisha Ukunde. The Vice President (Sponsorship) plays an integral role in overseeing the governance of the LTULSA committee and the entire sponsorship portfolio in securing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing sponsors. This includes creating an annual prospectus, liaising with sponsors, and obtaining funding from private and public practice organisations in return for benefits promised as part of their sponsorship packages purchased with the LTULSA.

The key responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders by being the first point of contact for sponsoring firms, as well as being the internal consultant in directing LTULSA portfolios in ensuring sponsorship obligations are upheld in an ethical manner.
