Activities

My name is Eve Joyce and I am the Director of Activities for 2025. 

Activities is, in my opinion, just as important as any other facet of Law School, sometimes even more so. Our portfolio supplies the cohort with multiple events throughout the year- Law Camp, Law Cruise, Law Ball, etc. These allow the students a chance to form connections with their peers and with those in higher years, expanding one's network. The portfolio is also a gateway to many aspects of our Association and Law School. 

By coming to our events, you learn about more upcoming events from both of our Careers teams, from our Equity team and more. Finally, our events also balance your busy study life with leisurely and exciting times, truly satisfying the whole university student experience.

 I could not do this alone- my job as Director is to work closely with my Officers (Pieter, Jacqueline and Fiona) as a team, organising every tiny detail and truly bringing these events to life. Everything the Officers do is to ensure every event is the best it can be, we are here to give back to the students of La Trobe. We hope to see everyone at our events throughout 2025!
